Is everything really handmade?
Yes. Every NoorLune piece is crocheted by hand by skilled makers in Pakistan. Small variations are part of the beauty of handmade.
What does “made to order” mean?
Many pieces are made after you order, just for you. This means less waste and a piece made in your size. The making time is shown on each product page.
Can I personalise my order?
Yes — many products offer names, initials or colour choices. For anything else, visit our Custom Orders page.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Very close — but because every piece is handmade, tiny differences in stitches or shade make each one unique. Screen colours may also vary slightly.

Returns
